Remove ownership definition as this should be set in the RPM source itself.
/bin/chown -R www:www /var/www/html/webaccess/tmp

the directory is owned by an upstream rpm,
we don't have the resources to maintain it,
we will change and maintain it with a spec trigger that calls
the zarafa-update action when ever the upstream rpm is updated
