I tried reversing the paths so the failing one becomes Include[0].
I can generate the following error at command line:
[r...@gollum ~]# affa --run christian
sh: -c: line 0: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `''
sh: -c: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file
It looks like the issue is the single quote in the path.
