Thanks for getting on to this.
Can confirm that the superfluous <entry> tag is present on my server as well.
Line 234.
I deleted that line and the Server Manager and mismatched tag errors went away.
However Trac and Subversion were still in the unknown group.
A "/etc/e-smith/events/actions/navigation-conf" seems to have fixed that though
and Trac is now under "Collaboration".
