Do you have port properties set up so that pop(s) and imap(s) ports are open
because you changed the standard SME ports to 8xxx and disabled them. This
will close firewall ports 993 and 995 so may need something like:
config setprop zarafa TcpPorts 993,995 status enabled
Unless of course, you intended those to be closed by default
