See Bug 4891 - Comments 19 - 20. That appears to be a duplicate of the problem
I originally reported.
Darrell, is the .25 version intended for fresh install only?
I attempted the .25 installation as an UPGRADE of an exisitng .9-4a server.
Followed your directions on comment #5. As reported in Bug 4891, I was never
prompted for a Plugin.
Attempted both the Unix and the DB plugins without success. Both IMAP and
Outlook Clients failed to connect.
