There would have not been any need to disable the mod_dav service when
uninstalling the subversion contrib, if you would not have disabled the service
you would not have run into this issue (the benefit is that I now had an
opportunity to solve it as otherwise this issue would not have been spotted)

If you do not need smeserver-mod_dav for anything else you can easily fix your
trouble by removing smeserver-mod_dav, this should also uninstall
smeserver-subversion and the your problems should be fixed as well, otherwise
the quickest way to solve your issues is to temporarily enable mod_dav until
the update has been pushed and installed on your server.

Judging from your newrpms file you are running a old version of
smeserver-mod_dav. Nevertheless this error would also have been present in the
current release.
