Output from Which Whiptail on affected box =
/sbin/e-smith/whiptail
not /usr/bin/whiptail as displayed by Stephen. And thus
rpm -qf /sbin/e-smith/whiptail
yeilds
whiptail-0.51.5-4.el4.sme
Server was originally installed as fresh install of 7.2, and has been upgraded
vi yum to 7.3 and then 7.4.
There's not 'newrpms' folder of file in /sbin/e-smith/audittools, sorry.
