Installed contrib, on sme7.4 with all updates, as per
http://wiki.contribs.org/Email_Whitelist-Blacklist_Control
i.e. yum --enablerepo smecontribs install smeserver-wbl
followed by signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot

Then looking at Server-manager I now have 'Email WBL' as an option.
selecting this link results in..

I checked the /var/log/messages and the /var/log/httpd/error_log and there
is no errors.
