This is normal, the old contrib has been removed, but not the certificates. The
script in the wiki has migrated the old certificates from the old to the new
location.

Yes, I may change this behaviour later. In fact, the bridge service is
independant from the openvpn-bridge contrib. (openvpn need the bridge contrib,
but the bridge can be used alone). That's why I didn't started the bridge
status automatically.

Ok, you can also check the log /var/log/openvpn-bridge/current to see if
everything is OK
