I noted that /var/service/qpsmtpd/config/badmailfrom did not exist. I have
copied the file from /var/qmail/control/badmailfrom to see if that fixes the
problem and will report back. If it fixes the problem, then perhaps the contrib
should be revised to place the configuration files in two places as recommended
by the link above.
