The problem is a typo in the wiki page. To disable the service, you need to
issue this command:
db configuration setprop bridge status disabled
instead of
db configuration setprop bridge-interface status disabled
The wiki page has been updated. I'll close this bug for now. If the problem
still occure, feel free to reopen it.
