enable a user as normal, then for joe
db accounts setprop joe zarafaPublic enabled
/etc/e-smith/events/actions/qmail-update-user joe
note, if procmail is enabled
db accounts setprop joe MailFilter bypass
/etc/e-smith/events/actions/qmail-update-user joe
check
tail /home/e-smith/files/users/joe/.qmail
