Thank You David,
for the replay and for the contrib (SITEX is a powerful simple and frendly
CMS), but htmlarea and tinymce haven't the image upload function, they require
to manually insert a link to a file previously uploaded, on sitex forums I
haven't found FCK issues and I think that FCK is friendlier than the other two
editors.
I believe that this problem originates on SME installation, but I haven't
sufficient knowledge to find a solution, yet I think to have understood hat the
cause is that FCK try to write in the /TMP folder, but this is not allowed.

For the links issue is sufficient remove blank lines at the end of files
globals.php.inc and Italiano.php, so you should correct the contrib.
