To adhere to the common standard for Web Applications in SME Contribs
smeserver-cacti should not include the source, but should require cacti. This
way it is much easier to update cacti to a newer release.
The smeserver-cacti RPM should only hold the relevant tidy-bits specific to SME
Server.
