+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #5828 +++
After fixing bug 5828 we need to establish a way that if the admin chooses the
unix plugin the zarafa management panel is either disabled or the links on the
management page are not click able links and therefore the management page is
for informational purposes only.
