Hi Nicola,
Since the batch script only runs on remote windows computers which
don't 'know' about UNIX modal flags that is not a bug and is 'by
design'.
If you are having trouble getting the logon script to function as
expected please review SME Server documentation or ask a question
(after searching) on the user support forums:
