PHP 5.2.x mapi files for Zarafa7.0.1 on SME8b6
Caught a hint of some changes in the mapi files:

So compiled a new set of mapi-files for Zarafa 7.0.1 version on SME8b6. Extract
with:
tar -zxvf zarafa7.0.1-mapi.sme8b6.tgz -C /
