when installed use the internal upgrade mechanism to update from 2.5 to 2.9 at
least as this is the current supported version for asterisk 2.6
sme 7 did install with asterisk 2.4
after every framework upgrade (2.6 2.7 2.8) before proceeding to the next
packets upgrade : signal-event freepbx-update
