temp fix :
mkdir --parent /etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf/
cd /etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf/
echo "LoadModule authn_file_module modules/mod_authn_file.so" >
20LoadModule80mod_authn_file
then
expand-template /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
service httpd-e-smith restart
et voila!
