Hi,
thanks for reporting this bug.
I had a similar problem myself but cannot remember what I did to fix it, but I
believe I did mainly a manual install.
Jean-Philippe PIALASSE is looking at older contribs and I have added him to the
cc and would ask him to follow this up.
