The problem comes from the smeserver-kronolith package, which provide an
incompatible (duplicated) schema file. You're not running the latest version of
this contribs (2.2-13 and the latest is 2.2-14). According to the changelog of
the latest release, this bug is resolved, so you should update. Everything
should then work again
