bug linked to e-smith qmail, the template should do a verification to avoid the
line if nobody is in the freshly created group.
on the other hand when creating an empty group from the server manager no
warning is sent
difference between two entries created :
# db accounts show test2
test2=group
Description=server-manager created
Gid=5005
Members=
Uid=5005
# db accounts show testgroupe
testgroupe=group
Description=lat created
Gid=5004
Uid=5004
so the solution should be to create an empty entry Members
