effectively it needs smecontribs and smetest to work
i have too a warning about reconfiguration but i think it's normal ?
the panel operate with an another contrib who give the front end: usermanager
http://wiki.contribs.org/UserManager
i tested on other sme7contribs repository and there is no dependencies with the
contribs usermanager, so the contrib mailsorting will be installed alone.
