Install from sme7contrib ok both on 32 and 64 bit
upgrade to smedev fail (on 32 and 64) because the mysql base and its user are
already installed
else if you remove in first the older installation, you can install the contrib
from smedev.
i have an idea that we need to put a warning box on all this type of
web-contrib because when you remove the conntrib you purge the entire mysql
data. It could be dangerous for people who haven't make a backup of their data
