the installation and the upgrade to smedev are fine but the contrib is not
functional.
effectively in /var/log/httpd/error_log i can find this
[Mon Apr 01 23:24:31 2013] [error] [client 192.168.12.25] File does not exist:
/home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary/html/webftp
however the contrib is broken
