Ok installation and upgrade from sme7contribs to smedev are good both on 32 and
64 bit.
As i can seen i can not reproduce the bug 7099 with the patch you have
submitted.
However I do not understand well the status of this contrib as there are two
versions with the contrib of daniel.
The contrib smeserver-htbwshaper is the old contrib unmaintained or it is the
newer from firewal-service (smeserver-qos).
if you can enlighten me because this type of contribs is really interesting to
get somewhere in his toolbox.
