digium is where you can find dadhi firmware, everything else except the package
asterisk-addons are available thru asterisk repo
currently for sme7 and sme8 we use rpms from atrpms that create kmdl but not
kmod... and are about 4 kernel release behind ...
have you tried asterisk18 with smeserver-freepbx ?
