can you give some bug report while you are trying to access to the web
interface from
tail -f /var/log/messsages
tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log
plus it is explain in the doc to access thru
"http://your.domain.com/dansguardian";
sometime the IP just does not work to access to a webinterface.
