+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #7431 +++
it seems that the upgrade from sme7contribs to smedev remove all the db
configuration of modDeflate.
now this is what i get when i ask the configuration.
[root@sme8dev64-78 ~]# config show modDeflate
[root@sme8dev64-78 ~]#
after a new installation with smedev the db configuration is set again
