adding a line
rm root/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/esmith/FormMagick/Panel/shares.pm.orig at the
end of the %prep section (after %patch95 -p1) in the spec file will do the job,
though I don't know if that's the correct way of doing this (copied from dev
guide) ...
