The same fragment of template is in the contrib of stephen noble....i think
that there is no need to invent again the wheel, so
I do not know if we can add this from httpd.conf because when i find examples
from internet they spoke to adjust the php.ini and never the httpd.conf
anyways my solution works (for me, but for you ?), i will look in your
direction if i get some spare time....any other thoughts ?
