as expected in the documentation if a dependency is asked by the rpm the
installation fails if the repository is not allowed by the smeserver
in my case i attempt to install smeserver-roundcube without its dependency
roundcube (which is in smecontribs).
a NFR could be to activate when we need some repository just to install one
package.
