I updated my phpMyAdmin installations to your latest version and trashed
my conf files. Fortunately I had some backups
I looked at the conf file and thought I would try and make it a bit
easier to enable the added functions. I took me quite a while to get it
right the first time I did this.
It would be even better if this could be automated - e.g. create db,
grant privs, make a user/pass in the server db and use that etc.
