The wiki article appears to be incorrect.
There is nothing in /opt/phpldapadmin & it does not get created when the rpm is
installed.
The config file is located in
/etc/phpldapadmin
so the command should read
/sbin/e-smith/expand-template /etc/phpldapadmin/config/config.php
The wiki needs to be corrected.
Note the rpms install OK for me using the first commands provided in the wiki
followed by signal-event post-upgrade signal-event reboot, and the contrib is
accessible locally.
This bug report is really just about a wiki article error.
