seems to work for me on prod server.
# rpm -qa |grep isoq
smeserver-isoqlog-2.2.1-1.5.el5.sme
isoqlog-2.2.1-1.1.el5.sme
expand-template /etc/isoqlog.domains
then check vim /etc/isoqlog.domains
but as I see I should add the template expand also to domaine-create ;)
