these two rpms should be updated if necessary to more recent rpms, but as logn
as we have no way to know if another rpm do not need them, I would prefer to
leave them here.
all the same only few installation should be impacted by this :
- old sme7 server migrated to sme8 with upgrade process and durep already
installed with saco and utf8 conversion done through utf8 manual script ....
so I guess only a few.
I would not use more time on this unless bugs are raised by the community.
