httpd.conf
As i can see in the /etc/https/conf/httpd.conf the Directory is
only allowed to the local network (see attachment) this match the db setting of
cacti
[root@sme8dev-3 ~]# config show cacti
cacti=service
DbDatabase=cacti_sme
DbPassword=ocMt+si7eJfkoFimmrzcNaym03OCiGujsGlac2z6brttUKS2C7hgHuTV9+G5b5vaNWUbIEKgYdOA
DbUser=cacti
access=private
