--- Comment #8 from Unnilennium <[email protected]> ---
= Environment:

# cat /etc/e-smith-release
SME Server release 8.1beta1

= Original problem:
wrong syntax for ^[email protected]

= Resolution:
fix the syntax.

= Current version installed:
  smeserver-userpanel-0.9-11.el5.sme.noarch.rpm
  smeserver-mailsorting.noarch 0:1.2-41.el5.sme
= Testing
[root@i386-2 ~]# db configuration setprop qmail FilterType procmail
[root@i386-2 ~]# signal-event mailsorting-conf
# db processmail show
jpp716567=jpp
    action=sort
    action2=
    basis=TO_
    basis2=
    copy=no
    [email protected]
    criterion2=
    deliver=target
    deliver2=

creating user rule with user-manager
# ----  user rules ------------------

:0
* ^TO_ [email protected]
$MAILDIR/.target/

sending a mail

the mail was found in the folder target ( for me it is working without the fix
....

= Updated version installed:
yum update smeserver-mailsorting --enablerepo=smetest
smeserver-mailsorting-1.2-42.el5.sme.noarch.rpm

# cat /home/e-smith/files/users/jpp/.procmailrc
# ----  user rules ------------------

:0
* ^[email protected]
$MAILDIR/.target/

sending a mail

the mail was found in the folder target

= Problem fixed:

well the syntax has been fixed, the fucntionnality was ok and is still ok.

= Verified or Reopen:

verified

= Documentation Impact:

none for the Regexp fix.

However according to the second point and the field "existing mail folder", it
seems related to a former paid version of Dungog mail... we will see if we can
incorporate, but this is more a separate NFR.
