patch to add a logout entry to the user-manager
The new file /etc/e-smith/web/common/cgi-bin/logout-user need to be executable
(+x)
well i'm not really happy of this work because when you logout, sometime you
have to reload the web page if you want to login again.
This is due to the conception of usermanager which is made by two frames. So
some time you can see two login box when you logout, but if you refresh the
page, you will get the authentication box of sme-server.
