i find that the contrib smeserver-userpanel is never translated in its welcome
main page. This is due to the file :
/etc/e-smith/web/panels/user/html/index.html
the file do not add the ability to translate sentence in pottle, therefore
whatever the language you can use, you will have the same english words.
