some event was made by hand in post% section of rpm, now it is an event
section.

- move post to an action event [SME: 8032]

testing directly with the uptodate version of rpm, without any other
installation previously

Installed:
smeserver-userpanel.noarch 0:0.9-16.el5.sme
# signal-event conf-userpanel
