it seems that you have done something wrong with dependencies as this how i
install from my repo
yum --enablerepo=stephdl,virtualbox install smeserver-phpvirtualbox-4.3
smeserver-virtualbox-4.3
No dependencies errors
and from smedev
# yum --enablerepo=smedev,smetest,virtualbox install
smeserver-phpvirtualbox-4.3 smeserver-virtualbox-4.3
