thank you for your NFR.
currently with the modifications I have introduced, you have to enable globally
and you can disable some users
what you want is the opposite.
the only way we could achieve something similar to what you request is to
create a new value for the properties "db getprop configuration UserPublicWeb
status"
Currently we have "enabled" or "disabled".
I could introduce "onDemand", which with some small template modifications
would only create userwebspace for users for whom the property "db accounts
getprop USERNAME webspace" is clearly set to "enabled"
I now you might have to change your current db values, but this way is more
standard to smeserver db declaration ( prefer disabled and enabled to yes or
no") and the two properties are already in the contrib.
would it correspond to your needs ?
