Quite simple now Stephane - if I add either [email protected] or
somehost.domain to whitelistsenders they get recognised as in the list by the
plugin and it returns 'OK', but a subsequent DENYHARD from the DNSBL plug seems
to block them regardless.
I don't believe that this should happen - if they are whitelisted they should
pass.
Oddly enough when you trawl through the qpsmtpd code (and I'm no expert here),
I can't find any mention of DENYHARD apart from one line in
Qpsmtpd/Constants.pm:23 so I have no idea exactly where it gets blocked in the
code !
The patch is to slightly revise the wording on the WBL White list page as it
confused me and some others - see http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4769
(which should probably be closed)
I now have a fasthosts email account courtesy of my friend and can test all I
want - they get blocked every time !
