1) yes. It is wished: /var/affa is just the default folder, but can be
something else (see the job config) and I didn't want that affa creates alone a
new directory on the system. It's the admin's job to create it.
2) yes. It was the target: to have affa3 on sme8. Affa3=ini-conf.
If M. Weinberger or someone else update and improve the program in the future,
it will be based on the previous version = affa3 that works with ini-conf files
