This looks like a error in the generated metadata for this package in the main
repo (which propagates to the different mirrors). The metadata indicates a
wrong size for the file, and yum tries to download chunks which doesn't exists.
The metadata should be re-created. Maybe a release bump + a rebuild could do
the trick
