For the record I changed the Line 740 of /etc/e-smith/web/function/sme9admin
`pkill -SIGHUP sme9admind`;
which doesn't restart the sme9admind with
system ('service sme9admind restart 2>&1 1>/dev/null') == 0 or die 'ERROR: the
service sme9admind can not be restarted';
set confirmed
