well not sure that is a bug, since a dhcp bail is ephemeral.
We can see in English the title of the graph 'Number of dhcp leases renewals',
so what it could be interesting is to see if you have several computers asking
an ip in the same time what it happen (I think that you have around 5 minutes
for connecting all PC).
Normally you should have a graph with several dhcpd leases, but it seems that
you have found another error, see the pid error in you log
