On SME9, the delay between 2 vacation messages sent to the same address is not
set nor honored. This can result in huge delivery issue:
- Take two users
- Enable vacation message for both
- Send an email from one of them to the other
- Check your qmail logs
It will result in a mail bombing as every delivery triggers a vacation message
