Discovered the fix for this contribution to make it work in SME9 is similar to
the one for DAR2. The ibayletters.pm file simply needs to be moved to a new
location as follows:
mkdir -p /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/esmith/FormMagick/Panel/
cp /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/esmith/FormMagick/Panel/ibayletters.pm
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/esmith/FormMagick/Panel/
Once this step is taken tw-logonscript works just as it does in SME8.
